This would make sure that its not abused, and is specificly for traval, thus keeping traval times from becomeing insane

there is nothing stopping you from fitting a mwd and nanofibers to a travel setup ship, or a mwd or ab to any ship for traveling the short 12.5km distances to jump range

your not supposed to be able to instajump though a gate camp, your supposed to rally your buddies and make the place safe again

battleships were supposed to take 2-3minuites to travel thru a system and a firgate 1min, not the same time

For (whomever)'s sake: If it was an exploit, it would have been shut down long before this; if instas are an exploit in the sense of using game mechanics to do something the devs didn't originally intend, so is gate-ganking and if it was an exploit, why spend so long coming up with something to replace them. Chanting "it's an exploit" might be annoying as **** but it doesn't automatically make you right and causes the rest of us to believe you're gankers because gankers are the only people who stand to gain anything from this.
